I'm using WinXp Pro sp2. When I try to open the Add/Remove Window, all it
does is tell me to wait while list is being populated. It never brings up
any of the installed programs.

Any ideas why it's not working?

Hi Dave,

See if this helps: Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 appwiz.cpl

I gave it a try. I received a success box. But, the window still won't
populate. I've tried unchecking the "Show Updates" box. No luck.

Hi Dave,

Verify these keys/values and good luck!

Control Panel, Help, and System Restore are empty or partially empty
