i bought the software from pinnacle, worked for two weeks, then i run one of
the registry pro and had problem since then. pinnacle can not solve the
problem, i am going to contact Boris FX for help.
if I tried to use the “add remove program” to remove Boris it will give the
following error
An error (5009-ox8002802b) has occurred while running the set up.
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other
applications. If the error still occur, please contact your vendor Boris
FX.inc
I tried to install the Boris effect I get the same error.
