add/remove program not show lists

's Computer Specifications

I have Celeron 766Mhz/128MB/20GB daul booting with
win98/W2K Prof with SP4,Mcafee 4.5.1(Dat 4310),Off2K with
all patches.My Computers add/remove icon does not show any
program installed.
