Add Remove Program everytime I connect

's Computer Specifications

I get a message: "Terminal Server Install failure. A terminal server
must be in install mode before you can install a program." The problem
is I am not installing anything and I have to click it closed each time
I log in. I wondered if it came from some previous incomplete install.
Is there anything I can do to stop this message each time I log on?
