hi. I just finished doing a windows update for a bunch of
things, including the new service pack. When i rebooted,
i noticed that my norton antivirus was disabled
automatically and i could not enable it becuase it gave me
some script error, so i uninstalled that. But when i went
to the control panel and clicked on the add/remove
programs icon, the window popped up, but it did not load
the inner screen that usually displays all the programs
that have been installed on the computer. I end up
getting some error saying "item cannot be found in the
collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.
res://sp3res.dll/default.hta line: 54". I'm not that good
at computers, so i don't know what that means at all. CAn
somebody out there help me fix this problem? the
add/remove programs section IS VERY IMPORTANT, and I have
too much data on my computer to have to format it and
reinstall everything just because of this problem.
