Can somebody please PLEASE PLEASE help me?!

Our Norton's Antivirus has encountered an internal error
and it is asking us to UNINSTALL Norton Internet Security.
When we go into Control panel and click Add/Remove, the
window fails to open and an error msg pops up saying

"Parse error '%' at line 135"

What on earth does this mean and how to i solve it? Norton
cannot be uninstalled any other way as far as i know.

Please help, this is affecting the whole computer slowly,
bit by bit and is driving me MAD!

xx kati xx
