Add/Remove Errors?

Can anyone help me with this?

Why do I get the error...

"Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignments
res//appwiz.cpl/default.hta
Line 77"

When accessing the Control Panel, "Add/Remove Programs"?

Also...
Why can't I remove a program "113553" in C:\Program
Files\WebSiteViewer using Control Panel Add/Remove
Programs? When I try to locate it...it can't be
found...only in the search window of the directory above.

Can anyone help me get rid of this annoying program
and error?
