Add reminder for email

Is there a way I can change the default time when I right-click an email and
select "add reminder"? Currently the default time is 4pm, and I'd like to
change it to 8am? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

looks like outlook uses the default ending hour for a workday...
