I installed Pixela ImageMixer. It needs something I don't have so I went to
uninstall it from Add/Rem but everytime when I click Remove, Add/Rem
hangs+Cpu=100%. The only thing I can do is end the 2nd rundll32.exe process
from TaskM. I think there is some problem with the uninstall utility but
today when I want to uninstall Macromedia DreamWeaver, the same thing
happened. I checked this, it doesn't happen with every program only with
some programs. These program don't have their uninstall application in their
directory. Can anyone tell me what is problem ?

I am having a similar problem. When I try to uninstall a bluetooth program by
Widcomm the program runs and says it is gathering data to 'configure' the
bluetooth program and then runs for 30 minutes and gives me an information
box saying the program is not responding do I want to retry or cancel.
Retrying does the same thing and cancelling gives an error that the
configuration failed (it must have to configure prior to uninstalling ??)

I too am having a simmilar issue. When I try to remove a program via
the "Add/Remove" programs control panel applet nothing appears to
happen. If I examine task manager, I can see rundll32.exe at 40-50%
of the CPU but nothing ever happens. I have tried removing several
different applications and as long as they use rundll32.exe, I get the
same behavior. Can anyone offer a suggestion to fix this?

Thanks
