Add Printer Wizard Does Not Work and Previously Installed Printers Are Not
Displayed (Article ID : 271248)

I tried the recommended fix, but to no avail.

I also tried to use rundll32 from the cmd line but it can't find printui.dll
even though it's in c:\winnt\system32.

I can see the printers when I browse from another PC.
