I have a Dell Inspiron 500m laptop and I am having
trouble printing from my Canon MultiPASS F50. When I
click on Settings, Printers & Faxes, to make any changes
with my Canon MultiPASS F50, I get the error message in a
window that "Windows Explorer has encountered a
problem......" and it tells me to send a message to
Microsoft to help solve my problem. I have tried
Troubleshooting, uninstalling and reinstalling the
Driver, and anything else, and come up empty.

This all started when I had to take my desktop computer
to the shop to find out why my CD-ROM wasn't being
recognized in Windows Explorer. So I have been
attempting to hook up my Canon MultiPASS F50 onto my Dell
Inspiron 500m laptop, without success. I have tried
printing from WordPad, Word, the Internet, etc., but it
tells me that the document failed to print. Please help.
