i purchased a lexmark printer the other day (its
compatible) when i incert software it starts to start up
and it gives an error message that states "print spool
service is disabled to enable print spool service and
continue installation click yes....you click yes and it
goes back to my desktop. when i try and install from add
new hardware, i let it "have disk" and its says that there
was a problem installing hardware and gives this message
Installation failed to start spooler on local printer.
can anyone help as i am going to throw it out the window.
