Thanks for the quick reply - I tried the stop/start
spooler before and it didn't do a thing which is what a
lot of the posts suggest. I've tried almost everything
short of messing with my .dll files which was also
suggested, but I'm kinda iffy about doing that... the
second link you'd sent was just a bunch of question, few
that were answered, and most of the replies were repeats
of previous posts I've looked at... well,if you have any
other suggestions they'd be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks
