Hello,
I used to be able to use Outlook just fine (and actually had it set up to
snyc to my live email account) but then that stopped working which I just
ignored. However now I can't even get the program to open. I get an erro
message as follows: "The Add-In 'Outlook Connector Extensions' can not be
loaded and has been disabled by Outlook." Then when I say ok to that I get
this message "Can not open your default email folders." What si going on? I
can't seem to find an update for this items.

Locate extend.dat and rename it to .old

If that doesn't work, you'll have to post more info like at least your
Outlook and Connector version.
