I am trying to add organizational chart to a PP
presentation and keep getting the message to repair, I
say yes, it tries (with disk in the 'puter) and then
says:THE SERVER APPLICATION, SOURCE FILE, OR ITEM CANNOT
BE FOUND OR RETURNED AN UNKNOWN ERROR. YOU MAY NEED TO
REINSTALL THE SERVER APPLICATION.

Server application?? This is office 2000 premium edition,
so I am unclear. I also tried to reinstall with the
repair. any sugestions? Thanks in advance!

>I had this exact problem and found that you can delete
several unused fonts (never delete the following
 Arial
 Courier New
 Marlett
 Symbol
 Times New Roman
 Tahoma
 WingDings

You can also simply put them in a different-named folder,
then restart and try again...continue deleting or moving
fonts and trying again. Surprisingly this worked for me!
