Add option for meeting requests - All Day Event no start and end t

My customer (180,000 seats) has requested that we add the feature that
already exists in SharePoint to "Make this an all-day activity that doesn't
start or end at a specific hour" in meeting requests in Outlook. They have
requested this so that meeting requests are shown correctly for one specific
date when these requests are sent to users in multiple timezones.
