When I click on an address link in an email, the explorer comes up with the
message that "Internet Explorer is running with add-ons disabled". When I
go through the steps to enable the add ons - there is none that are disabled
in the dialog box. When I run Explorer and just paste the link into the
address line this message does not come up. I can't seem to find a spot in
Windows mail that addresses this issue.

Close all open applications | Uninstall Google Toolbar | Reboot: Does the
behavior persist?

YW & thanks for your feedback. I think you can install Google Toolbar v5
(or v6 beta, if you're daring) w/out having the same problem again.
