add-in only works for first instance of word

Hi,

I've created an add-in for Word that simply makes a custom toolbar with some
buttons. Everything works fine with the first instance of word...but if you
start word again (by opening up word again, or clicking the 'new blank
document' button in the standard toolbar), my toolbar and buttons are there
but they do not work. None of the connection functions and such are being
called (put some msgbox's in there), but then the buttons shouldn't even be
there.

I'm guessing it has something to do with the load behavior setting, but I'm
not sure....

I'm testing using officeXP
