I'm doing a neighborhood directory and used the Outlook 2007 "notes" field to
list children, pet names and hobbies. I need to add this field to card-style
printout so that it shows in my directory; by default, it does not. How do I
accomplish this?

Customize the view, adding the Message or Notes field.
