Yes, because every GPO has its own store
...\sysvol\...\{GUID_of_Policy}\ADM
Simply copying the ADM to that location doesn´t work because
the integrated ADMs are written down in the admfiles.ini in
same folder.
You can think about copying the ADM and a edited admfiles.ini
.... never tried.
