So far I haven't figured out how to get the login screen?

I try to open the db exclusively but I only have the Open option there is no
Open exclusive option. Then I try to edit a form and it says I don't have
permission. How do I add myself to the admin account? I have the admin
account and password.

I hold down the shift key and it lets me see the forms I want to edit but
when I click them it says I don't have permission. I joined the Security
database but it appears as a user not as a admin? In the process it created a
SYSTEM1 security database , so now there are 2 because I had the SYSTEM file
sent to me from the user. I guess my system created another one on my system
when I joined? When I joined it was as Workgroup Administrator. It created
C:\Documents and Settings\janis\Applications\Microsoft\Access\System1.mdw.
My name is jrough. In the create new workgroup dialog, the name should be
my name, or it should be the account for the administrator? In this case it
is Admin. What would be the workgroup ID in that case? How do i get the
account and password screen to display so I can login to this db as the
Administrator so I can make changes.

I also need to know how to add myself to the Admin (administrators) group.

tia,
janis

Sorry, the answer was posted earlier and I missed it since my computer was
down over the weekend. Thanks,
