Hi:

I do lots of photo editing and photo art and would benefit greatly
timewise, from having My Pics icon on the"Open" &"Save as" command windows
whenever I want t access or save a photo. Instead I have to access My Docs
first nd then open that to get to My Pics. Is there a way to configure
having the My Pics icon in those windows?

Thank you, JRD

Use Microsoft's "Tweak UI" to create a custom "Places Bar".

Once installed, run Tweak UI and open 'Common Dialogs-->Places Bar'.
It's pretty straight forward, if you need help, just ask.

Tweak UI 2.10 147 KB (Freeware)
Info: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx
Download: http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...ertoySetup.exe

"This PowerToy gives you access to system settings that are not
exposed in the Windows XP default user interface, including mouse
settings, Explorer settings, taskbar settings, and more. Requires
Windows XP Service Pack 1 or Windows Server 2003."
