What to add more than one email address to Outlook 2003's Block

Export
Go to File
Import and Export
Export to a file
Comma Separated Values
Junk E-Mail folder
Name the file
Click Browse for the location
Map Custom Fields
Clear Map
Drag "From(Address)"from Values to Field
Finish
Open the file, save as, with txt extension
Import
Tools
Junk Email
Junk Email Options
Block Sender
Import from File
Select text file
Wouldn't do this everyday but maybe every week depending on the amount
of spam you get. If the junk emails are not going to the junk email
folder beforehand. I deleted them then move them to the junk email
folder before I do the export.
