How to add more than 3 conditions in a cell?

You should use this large white space to describe your problem more
fully.

I presume you are referring to Conditional Formatting. If you are
using XL2007 you can have up to 64 conditions, but with earlier
versions you are limited to 3. The only way around it is to use a
macro or add-in to give you more conditions.
