How to add Menu Bar to User form

IS it possible to add menu bar to Userforms ,if so then how to Add menu bar
and menu items in user form. Please help.

Right click your Tool box, Additional controls, add
Microsoft Toolbar Control version 6.0

Add this control to the form, select it, and in properties look at Custom

Explore all the options and eventually you'll figure how to make a typical
looking menu bar (don't give up !)
