add local print operators to printers with manage documents rights

this has also been posted in the windows 2000 printing discussion group.

i have several windows 2003 print servers in a win2003 AD, and i'd like to do
2 things to change the permissions on the printer queues:
1) for existing printers, i'd like to change the security so that the local
"print operators" have "manage documents" permission.
2) change the default setting so that newly created printers have the
security set with the local "print operators" having "manage documents"
permission.

i have a large number of printers on each server, so i'd like to automate
this process. Thanks!
