How to add know software to WD

Could someone tell me why after allowing certian (KNOWN) software to run on
my system that WD want's to still report it as unknown ? I have a spyware
crawler running at all times and have a scheduled scan with WD every morning
but WD still wants to report it as unknown even after I choose to allow it in
the scan page of WD ! I also have found no way to add this or any other known
software to the allowed list in WD . I'm sure someone has the correct answer
as I have been able to get no where.
