Insert a form with one text input. When submitted have it mailed to the
listserver.

Hi Kathy.......

If you are using a listserver the method that has already been suggested is
tops.

If you are not using one you might consider...............
Create a form for people to sign up. Get their names and email addresses and
include a privacy statement that will guarentee them you are not going to
share their email address with anyone.
Have the form emailed to yourself.
Take the info and put it into outlook, or whatever and use that.
You might also look around for a mass mailing program. I've used a little
program called mail master that does a good job, will let you do html
mailings..... and it is free!

If your hositng company has mailing lists (some do some don't) as a feature
you could use that for the mailing.
