Add-ins not functional

I've followed all the instructions on the "GMayor" website to bring in my
custom macro buttons from Word XP. I've created the .dot file with the
custom toolbar floating, with each of my macros and their custom buttons
displayed on the toolbar. It's in the Word STARTUP file, and I can see that
it's there when I open Word 2007 and look at Options > Add-ins. I have
Snag-it add-ins too, apparently automatically installed (maybe from
Normal.dot ?) in 2007.

None of them show or work however, and there's no Add-ins tab.

Might this have something to do with SP2, which I installed yesterday, when
I installed Office 2007 Ultimate ?

Re-edit the template in Word XP. Ensure that the toolbar remains floating.
Ensure that the macros that the toolbar calls are saved in that template and
that the toolbar buttons still call them after they are moved. Resave it
then re-open Word 2007. I am afraid that at best this is somwhat hit and
miss whether the toolbar will show in Word 2007 and it has nothing to do
with 2007.

SnagIt addins are provided by the SnagIt application, not normal.dot.
