Re-edit the template in Word XP. Ensure that the toolbar remains floating.
Ensure that the macros that the toolbar calls are saved in that template and
that the toolbar buttons still call them after they are moved. Resave it
then re-open Word 2007. I am afraid that at best this is somwhat hit and
miss whether the toolbar will show in Word 2007 and it has nothing to do
with 2007.
SnagIt addins are provided by the SnagIt application, not normal.dot.
