Hi,
I have installed Antivirus and Acrobat add-ins for Outlook. At times acrobat
add-in crashes and prevents other add-ins from loading too. Disabling add-in
is only option I know so far. Is there any way that I can change the loading
order for the add-ins?

Any pointers?

No. If you don't need the acrobat add-in, disable it. It causes a lot of
problems.

Actually neither addin is worth the drive space it occupies, much less
the grief they cause the user. UNinstall both of them.
