I used to have headers in my incoming mail - then I lost it - must have done
something - how do I get them back or at least to my new e-mail? I use
Outlook 2003.

where are they missing from? if the reading pane, right click on the gray
line around the message and choose header information. Or customize the
view - its under the Other Setting button of the customize view dialog.
