Is it possible to add a column to the Inbox view that will allow a user to
free type extra notes about a message, if they desire?

Thanks,

Tom

This should work:

- Right click column headers/Field chooser. Create the new field and add it
to the headers by dragging.

- Right click again/Customize current view/Advanced Settings (or similiar).
Then check 'Allow cell editing' (or similiar).
