Does anyone now an easy way to add a forum to a personal
FP web?

the discussion web wizard (deployed to a subweb) is OK for very limited use.

Creating Discussion web as a subweb:

FP2000
Open Current FP web, File Menu | Open Web
File Menu | New | Web | Discussion Web Wizard
Options: Specify the location of the new web as:
for Server based:
http://CurrentWebName/DiscussionWebName
or
for Disk based:
c:\My Documents\My Webs\CurrentWebName\DiscussionWebName
Do not check either of the two check boxes below.

FP2002
Open Current FP web, File Menu | Open Web
File Menu | New from template | Website templates | Discussion Web Wizard
Options: Specify the location of the new web as:
for Server based:
http://CurrentWebName/DiscussionWebName
or
for Disk based:
c:\My Documents\My Webs\CurrentWebName\DiscussionWebName
Do not check either of the two check boxes below.

I don't know if it's something that's within fp 2000. I seem to remember it
being marked as new in my fp 2002 book, but I'm no MVP.
if it's not available you might want to try:
http://www.webwizguide.com/web_wiz_f...t.asp?mode=asp
it may be more than you need, or you can't run .asp pages. in which case
you might want to browse www.hotscripts.com or similar sites for something.
You should find out if you can run .asp pages on your server.
