In PowerPoint 2000 I do not see the Font Color icon under the Standard
toolbar. It seems to only be located within the Drawing toolbar. We would
like the button customized to the Standard toolbar located at the top of the
screen but I cannot find it to customize it, any suggestions?

Actually it is normally on the "Formatting" toolbar. Is that toolbar
visible? If it is and the icon is not present, you can right-click the
toolbar area and click "customize". Click the "Toolbar" TAB, select the
"Formatting" toolbar and click the "Reset" button. If for some reason you
want to add it to the "Standard" toolbar, click the "Commands" TAB on the
previous dialog box, select the "Format" category, scroll down to and click
and drag the "Font Color" command up to that toolbar. You must drag it onto
an active toolbar for it to take.

Holler back if you still have problems.

In the Tools, Customize dialog box, click the Commands tab (been there, done
that already I'm betting)

Click "Format" under Categories

The Font color button's a few down from the top under Commands.

Drag away.
