Greetings,

We have two admin assistants that open up other users inboxes when they
start Outlook. Is there a way to add the follow up folder for flagged items
for these other inboxes. I have toyed with the custom search options, but no
joy so far. We are using Outlook 2003 SP2 and EXchange 2003 SP2 on XP Pro
boxes. Thanks much.

Search Folders are only visible to people who have Full Mailbox access
permissions set by the Administrator in AD U&C.

Thanks for the reply. I granted the security group they admins are in full MB
access for that mailbox in ADUC but I still don't see the "For Follow Up"
folder. I did find a work-around by saving the search for flagged items and
creating a shortcut.
