How do I add a folder to MS Explorer left side panel?

To create a new folder in the root directory of the C
drive (for example), from Windows Explorer, click on the C
drive first, then click File (on the menu at top-left),
New, Folder, type in a name and hit the Enter key . . .
The new folder will apear on the RIGHT side until you give
it a name and hit Enter, then it will show up on both
sides.

To create it in a different folder, double-click on that
folder first, then do as stated above.

Thanks....I meant to say Windows Explorer. And Im talking
about the "Left" Panel, right under the words "Save in".
It now has Desktop, MyDocuments, etc. There is a way to
do it.

Well...I have done it before...just forgot how I did it,
and can't find the original instructions. Thought perhaps
some of you would know.
