Using Outlook 2007 and when trying to reply to emails I get this error:

The Add-In "FaxExtension" (C:\Windows\System32\fxsext32.dss)cannot be loaded
and has been disabled by Outlook.

Can anyone please explain this to me and how to get rid of it?

Perhaps. But only if you provide some information. Care to share how you
installed this version of Office, what operating you are using and how this
OS was installed.

I have the same problem, every time I go to create a new message I get "The
Add-In "FaxExtension" (C:\Windows\System32\fxsext32.dss)cannot be loaded
and has been disabled by Outlook". I cannot find this add-in when I go to
the trust center, so I am unable to enable or disable it, or remove it.

I have Vista Home Premium and I installed Office Standard 2007 from the
disk. I have tried to "repair" Office but that didn't help.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated -

With Outlook closed, find and rename extend.data to extend.old
