Sounds like you need to install "Fax Services" that comes
on the Windows XP distribution disk: Bring up the Control
Panel, then "Add or Remove Programs". Click on "Add/
Remove Windows Components" over on the left of the
window, then click on the box to the left of "Fax Services"
to put a check mark in it. Click on "Next>" and go from
there. If you've installed SP1, you may need a slipstreamed
version of the XP CD in order to do the install.
