Is there an Outlook add-in that allows an "Explorer" type interface. Due to
the limitation (about 16GB) in Exchange public folders, we need to save our
e-mails (with large attachments) on a network storage drive.

The only problem with this is that the e-mails cannot be easily viewed in
Explorer, as you cannot see the contents of the message. I know there is
software available that allows you to do this e.g. Priasoft. Priasoft is good
as it looks just like Outlook and you can also see if the message has an
attachment, but you cannot send or receive e-mails from it. However, it would
be good if there was an Outlook Add-in as the same package can be used to
send, receive, move, copy, view, etc..etc

I don't know of any application other than Outlook itself that will allow
you to both send and receive mail and view Outlook message files store in
the Windows file system.
