We converted from Outlook 2000 to 2003. Outlook did not pick up my archive
file for personal folders. How do I add my pervious archive folder to my
personal folder list.

Search where your Archive folder is located and then just double click the
pst file and it should reappear in 2003

False. Never double click a PST file from Windows Explorer.
The only way to access a PST file is to use Outlook's Open > Outlook Data
File command.

Your right Russ, but if you open it from Windows Explorer, it will ask you
which program do you want to open it with and you would pick Outlook.

THe correct procedure would be to use the File | Open | Outlook Data File command.
