When I start Outlook I get: The add-in "C:\Program
Files\SpamBlockerUtility\Bin|4.8.4.0\Redemption.d..." could not be installed
or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the
Help menu. Using the Detect and Repair doesn't fix it. I gone to McAfee, my
Virus, Spam and Privacy security monitor and they are unable to help and say
I should just ignor it. I still want to get rid of it. Ideas or solutions?

Have you recently uninstalled a SpamBlocker utility? Sounds like the
uninstall didn't cleanup correctly

Disable the add-in. You haven't mentioned your version of Outlook so we
can't tell you how.
