How can I add emoticons to Outlook Messenger v4.1.0? I want to be able to use
keyboard shortcuts to get to them.

There isn't an "Outlook Messenger". I think you're looking for Windows
Live Messenger. Try Microsoft.public.windows.live.messenger.

Did there used to be one? Because whatever is on my computer is definitely
called "Outlook Messenger." I was going to post a screenshot, but I can't
seem to find way to do that. But when I pull up the program and go to the
properties/information screen, it lists itself as "Outlook Messenger v4.1.0."

Outlook Messenger is a 3rd party add-in, not part of Outlook. Google for
more information.
