Hi,

While i installed windows 2k pro, i just specified that my laptop is
not part of a domain, and no password is required at the first log on.
i was using my laptop only at home. Now my circumstances have changed
and i want the system to
1- prompt the user for a password on first log on
2- add a domain in the dialog logon box

Any help

thanks

You will find the password tick box in the Control Panel / Users and
Passwords.

Before you can select a domain you must join the machine to
a domain controller.
