Okay I have 2007 Outlook and in the older version you could flag a message
and set a reminder so it would pop up at that designated date/time - I sure
can't find that feature in 2007 - I can flag a message but it does not give
me the option to set a date/time for the flag message

right click on the flag and you can access the reminder dialog.
