Each time I open Outlook 2002 I receive this pop up. The
add in "F:\DTS\PROGRAMS\DTCMEX32.DLL" could not be
installed or loaded. The problem may be resovled by
using detect & repair on help menu. Unable to
load "F:\DTS\PROGRAMS\DTCMEX32.DLL". You may be out of
memory, out of sysytem resources, or missing a .dll
file. I click OK and it disappears. I have tried using
detect and repair and it still pops up. I think I am
missing the .dll file. How can I install this .dll file?
