Add Config Transform For Test Build Configuration

I converted a project from 08 to 10
I have Configuration Manager build configurations for debug test release
When I right clicked on my web.config "Add Release Transforms" I got
transforms for debug and release but not for Test.
How can I add a transform for Test?

Looks like during the conversion the Test configuration was deleted. I added
it and got the transform created.
