Hi,

We have recently updated our server and all my outlook settings have
restored and i
use to have my outlook inbox interface with a comments column. Where i could
add a comment on this interface not going into the actual email.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this for me......

Outlook doesn't have a direct comment feature. You either must have been
using a 3rd party add-in for this or (re-)used another Outlook feature for
commenting.
