how can i add a coomandbar botton in microsft outlook when
it connect with microsoft exchange server

Download the ItemsCB COM addin sample written in VB6 from the
Resources page at www.microeye.com for an example of how to add and
use commandbar buttons in Outlook addins. It also shows a lot of other
best practices for Outlook COM addins.
