how to add command prompt to computer management snap-in?

I am trying to manage remote computers using computer management.
In doing so, sometimes I need to execute some commands on the remote
computer through command prompt.
I know it could be done using some third party expensive software like
DameWare.
Is there a way to do with what is available in windows XP?
PS: not using telnet.
