I am an employee at a company which uses Microsoft exchange server. I am
using Outlook 2003 and have been allowed to view another uses calendar.
By selecting file open other users file, I can see the calendar of the of
the user. Is there a way of adding the other users calendar to my folder
list.

Many thanks

right clikck your Mailbox at the top of the folder list | Properties |
advanced | advanced | add other users' mailbox ....bla bla (sory not in
front of me at present). Type their name in the window and it's done.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Thank you it helped alot.
They have now appeared on the folder list but I can not see the calendar,
when I click on the plus sign it says can't "Unable to expand the folder"
They have only given me permission to see the calendar not the inbox?

They need to have granted you at least "folder visible" permission on the
entire mailbox.
